Since its launch in 2014, Wenzhou Sanhui Shearing Machine has been firmly rooted in the field of precision shearing equipment manufacturing. 2014: Setting Sail with a Clear Vision, Rooted in the Industry
With the mission of "creating high-quality slicing equipment to assist the manufacturing industry in achieving efficient production", Wenzhou Sanhui Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was officially established. During its early stages, the team focused on the core technology of slicing machines, concentrating on the slicing needs of common substrates such as films, papers, non-woven fabrics, and aluminum foils. They devoted themselves to developing the first generation of basic slicing machines. We abandoned the concept of extensive production and strictly controlled the quality of each component and each assembly process. With the first-generation products that were easy to operate, stable in operation, and cost-effective, we quickly entered the market and gained the first batch of loyal customers. We established a firm foothold in the industry and laid the foundation of "quality first" for our development.
2015 - 2017: Deepening Technology and Iterative Upgrade
As market demands for cutting precision and efficiency continued to rise, the company embarked on a path of deepening technological research. A professional R&D team was established, and significant investment was made in research and development. Key technical challenges such as cutting precision control, speed improvement, and fault self-detection were overcome, leading to an iterative upgrade of the products from basic models to high-precision and semi-automated ones.
During this period, we successfully launched multiple specialized cutting machines suitable for different industries, covering areas such as food packaging, printing, papermaking, and rubber and plastic. The cutting precision of the products was significantly improved, the running speed achieved a leapfrog growth, and the failure rate continued to decrease. At the same time, a standardized production workshop was established, and a quality control system was improved. From raw material procurement to the final product delivery, multiple inspections were carried out throughout the process to ensure that each piece of equipment could operate stably and efficiently. The technical strength and product competitiveness of the enterprise were significantly enhanced, and the customer base continued to expand.
2018 - 2020: Expansion of scale, upgrade of services
After years of accumulation, the company has entered a period of rapid growth in scale. It has expanded its modern production base, introduced advanced production equipment and lean production management models, significantly increasing its production capacity and being able to meet customers' large-scale and customized equipment demands. Following the trends of the intelligent manufacturing industry, the company has fully committed to the research and development of intelligent cutting equipment. By integrating intelligent technologies such as PLC control systems, servo drives, touch screen operation, automatic deviation correction, automatic metering, automatic knife arrangement, automatic rewinding, automatic paper tube arrangement, automatic tape application, and unmanned operation into product design, the company has launched a series of fully automated intelligent cutting machines, achieving automation, intelligence, and digitization in the cutting process, significantly reducing labor costs and improving production efficiency and product qualification rates.
