The stretch film rewinding machine is an industrial piece of equipment used to produce unidirectional stretched polyethylene plastic film, primarily for the manufacturing and packaging of products such as stretch film and food preservation film.
This equipment consists of a main unit, auxiliary units, and an electrical control system. Its core functions include film forming and vacuum heat sealing packaging, applicable to product packaging and preservation. The equipment employs a T-shaped die head with a double-throttling design and an alloy screw to improve film thickness accuracy and plasticization uniformity. The main structure is divided into stretch forming and heat sealing packaging modules: stretch forming softens the film material through a heating plate, combined with compressed air and a mold to achieve three-dimensional shaping; heat sealing packaging utilizes a heat sealing plate to heat and pressurize the film in a vacuum environment to complete the bonding. The operation process covers film unwinding, stretching preheating, and vacuum sealing. The stretching temperature is typically 85-90℃, and the heat sealing temperature range is 125-130℃. Common operational problems such as film detachment can be resolved by adjusting the film width or repairing the clamping mechanism.
