Automatic Rewinder

This is a self-developed single shaft roll change device with integrated slitting and rewinding functions, specially designed to meet the needs of flexible packaging production. It combines automated cutting, precise material rewinding, intelligent deviation correction and continuous tension control into one complete, all-in-one processing system. Suitable for a wide range of plastic film substrates such as PET, OPP, PE, PVC, composite films and aluminum-plated films, the automatic rewinder acts as essential core production gear for the flexible packaging industry. With optimized mechanical design and upgraded intelligent control logic, the automatic rewinder effectively resolves typical defects of traditional processing devices, including uneven cutting results, messy roll edges and low production output, allowing factories to greatly improve product qualification rates and overall automated production standards.

Designed with versatile processing capabilities, the automatic rewinder fully adapts to diversified production standards in various industrial scenarios. The machine supports a working width of 200mm to 850mm and processes materials with thicknesses ranging from 20μm to 500μm. It maintains a cutting accuracy of ±0.1mm, delivering high-precision slitting for both ultra-thin and medium-thickness film materials. Configured with an 800mm maximum unwinding diameter, 600mm maximum rewinding diameter and 1500kg maximum load capacity, the automatic rewinder achieves stable high-speed running performance. Its operating speed can be freely adjusted within 0–300m/min, perfectly satisfying dual production modes including low-speed precise finishing and high-efficiency mass manufacturing.

When it comes to mechanical structure, the automatic rewinder adopts an integral heavy-duty steel plate frame featuring solid construction, minimal operating vibration and excellent overall stability. It is fully capable of long-hour continuous industrial operation without structural failure or jitter. The unwinding unit adopts an integrated hydraulic shaftless auto-feeding structure, matched with pneumatic braking parts and high-precision Bat Technology ultrasonic correction equipment. The system has a correction stroke of ±75mm and monitors the material operating tracks in real time to actively correct the running offsets. The traction and transmission system is equipped with asynchronous servo drive parts and pneumatic compression rubber rollers, which realize smooth and stable material conveying and effectively prevent film wrinkling, drifting and other common processing faults.

Featuring a complete and stable intelligent control system, the automatic rewinder is equipped with Siemens PLC centralized control system and high-definition color touch screen for intuitive human-machine interaction. Operators can complete parameter setup quickly by simply entering basic material data such as thickness, width, density and operating speed. The device is programmed with multiple practical intelligent functions, including residual material auto-stop, fixed-length speed reduction and shutdown, as well as automatic tension adjustment for unwinding and rewinding processes, realizing full-automatic unmanned production. Built with an automatic flying cutter mechanism, the machine finishes precise material cutting during continuous operation. Combined with manual material pushing and mechanical arm unloading design, it significantly upgrades operational convenience and overall production efficiency.
