Performance & Features
Control System: The high speed slitting machine adopts intelligent Siemens PLC control system, integrated with functions including automatic counting, residual material detection, alarm stop, and automatic stop at set length, ensuring accurate and safe operation.
Web Guiding System: Equipped with high-sensitivity automatic web guiding system to keep material running without deviation, producing neat finished rolls after slitting and rewinding.
Loading Method: Supports integrated or split hydraulic shaftless loading, which greatly improves loading efficiency and reduces labor intensity for operators.
Drive Control: Full-servo drive solution: one servo motor for main machine and two servo motors for rewinding section. It features high control accuracy, fast response and stable performance even at high-speed running.
Automatic Ejecting: The machine is fitted with automatic roll ejecting function. Upon machine stop, the motor pushes finished rolls out directly, eliminating manual handling.
