Automatic cross cutter The Automatic cross cutter is a high-efficiency roll cutting machine for various roll material processing applications. It is compatible with a wide range of film and paper raw materials and serves a broad spectrum of industries including packaging processing, composite material production, and printing accessory manufacturing. The Automatic cross cutter cuts full-roll materials into standard sheet products based on customized dimensional parameters. It replaces traditional manual cutting work and significantly enhances the overall standardization of industrial processing procedures. The Automatic cross cutter supports extensive material adaptability, covering common roll substrates such as PET, OPP, CPP, PVC, OCA protective film, release film, self-adhesive labels, synthetic paper and kraft paper. The 350 model allows a maximum processing width of 300mm, paired with a maximum unwinding diameter of 600mm and a 350×600mm rewinding platform. With freely adjustable cutting sizes and a maximum cutting length of 700mm, this equipment is perfectly suited for mass production of small and medium-sized roll materials. This machine operating speed range is 0-60 meters per minute, which can be adjusted. Users can flexibly adjust the running speed according to the material thickness and physical properties, to balance the processing efficiency and cutting accuracy. The machine is equipped with full automatic tension control system, the Automatic cross cutter can automatically control the tension of the material during operation, which can effectively avoid the common processing defects such as stretching of material, surface wrinkling and position deviation to ensure the consistent cutting dimensions of each finished sheet and greatly reduce the defective rate. It is driven by common 380V three-phase 50Hz industrial power, total power 7KW, and requires external 3KW air supply support. The machine is 2500mm long, 1200mm wide and 1200mm high, with a total weight of 600KG. The equipment runs steadily with little vibration due to solid and rigid mechanical structure, which can realize long time continuous operation in factory workshops. It is equipped with independent control cabinet and humanized operation panel, which can quickly set cutting length, running speed and other parameters, simple operation and low learning cost.
