The hydraulically driven expanding mechanism directly supports large aluminum foil master rolls, cutting loading time by half. Designed with cemented carbide circular knives and shear‑type knife holders, the blades feature a long service life and produce burr‑free slitting. The knife positions adopt precision lead screw / digital adjustment mechanisms, delivering slitting‑width accuracy up to ±0.01 mm to meet micron‑level processing requirements for lithium‑ion battery foils, pharmaceutical foils and other materials.

Intelligent Deviation‑Correction System

 

Equipped with high‑precision CCD / ultrasonic deviation‑correction devices.This aluminum coil slitter tracks the edges of coil materials in real time and automatically corrects the running trajectory. Even under high‑speed operation, it can guarantee accurate slitting positions and eliminate waste of edge trimmings.
