The hot pin perforation slitting machine is a precision packaging processing equipment integrating "micropuncture" and "longitudinal slitting". It mainly installs special steel needles on a heated needle roller to burn micropores on base materials such as films or papers, and completes slitting and winding on the same production line.Ordinary punching‑slitting machines tend to produce holes of inconsistent sizes. When the machine runs at high speed, the hole positions shift. Improper temperature settings can burn large holes in the film. Moreover, the material is prone to wrinkling when stretched after punching. Our hot pin perforation slitting machine is specially designed to solve all these issues. We have implemented a dedicated complete‑machine design. First, the material feeding speed is synchronized with the punching rotational speed. This means the punching pitch remains consistent regardless of machine acceleration or deceleration, ensuring uniform hole size and spacing throughout production. Second, the material melts and forms instantly upon contact with our hot needles. The hole edges are automatically sealed, unlike mechanically punched holes which are forced into place and often feature cracks or burrs along the edges. Consequently, the holes are less likely to expand or tear during subsequent winding or secondary processing.

Reinforced welding for the hot‑needle punching and slitting machine ensures minimal whole‑machine vibration during high‑speed operation. The unwinding unit is equipped with a photoelectric deviation‑correction system to prevent web material offset. Paired with a magnetic‑powder constant‑tension system, it delivers gentle and controllable tension for heat‑susceptible materials prone to stretching and softening such as PE, PP and BOPP. The film will not be thinned or elongated during punching, resulting in rewound finished rolls with neat end faces and uniform tightness.

The hot pin perforation slitting machine adopts centralized touch‑screen operation. Parameters including temperature, line speed, punching spacing, slitting width and rewinding meterage can all be set on the screen. It is equipped with material‑break shutdown, over‑temperature protection and fault alarm functions. Automatic alerts will be triggered for abnormal temperatures to prevent the whole roll of material from being scorched and scrapped. New operators can get started after simple training, and the entire production process can be completed by one or two workers.

Support customers to send BOPP sample films for on‑machine trial cutting. Adjust tension, speed and cutting tools according to the customer's film thickness, verify the slitting finished‑product effect, and then finalize the equipment configuration.
