The core technologies of the automatic slitting machine involve high-precision servo drives, intelligent control systems, and advanced tension management technology. The drive system uses AC servo motors, and the control system utilizes a fieldbus distributed electrical structure for coordinated control. Tension control employs a pneumatic slip-type take-up shaft and constant tension taper control to maintain material stability. The slitting mechanism can be equipped with a flat blade, air blade, or roller blade, and features an adjustable slitting blade holder to adjust the slitting width.

The auxiliary design integrates a wound-type waste edge collection device and waste edge breakage detection, as well as a movable soundproof enclosure to reduce noise. Intelligent functions support remote fault diagnosis via modem card and include video monitoring and recipe data storage capabilities.
