The workflow of a stretch film rewinding machine begins with the unwinding of the lower film. The lower film is mounted on the unwinding shaft and driven forward by a chain clamp. A tension adjustment device is installed at the unwinding point to ensure stable tension. The film then travels to the stretching forming plate, where it is preheated by the heating plate and stretched into shape. During the unwinding of the upper film, the upper film is mounted on the unwinding shaft and meets the lower film at the heat-sealing plate via tension rollers, a cursor tracking device, and guide rollers. A tension adjustment device is also installed at the unwinding point.

After the upper and lower films meet, the heat-sealing device first seals the film edges and creates a vacuum. Then, the heat-sealing plate heats the film, sealing it under pressure to ensure airtight packaging. The printing date is done in different ways depending on requirements: ribbon printing is done before the heat-sealing plate, while ink is sprayed after. Finally, the slitting process cuts the packaged film into individual products through horizontal and vertical cutting.
