1. Before starting the machine, ensure that the voltage, current, and hydraulic pressure are correct and stable.
2. Before the equipment is ready to run, all personnel must be notified to leave the equipment to ensure personal safety before starting operation.
3. During operation, never touch the running film roll or roller core with your hands to avoid injury from being caught in the roll.
4. During operation, never scratch or cut the roller core with a knife or hard object.
First Packaging: Before putting the equipment into operation, check that all working positions are properly adjusted. Lubricate any parts requiring lubrication in advance. Check that the blades are sharp.
After everything is normal, run the machine without load to check for any abnormalities. Input the orders to be processed into the computer for pre-shipment and inspection. After the equipment is put into operation, adjust it to its optimal working state according to production conditions to ensure that the slitting machine's indentation is moderate, the slitting is burr-free, and the trimming positions on both sides are appropriate. Ensure smooth paper feeding and discharge in the cross-cutting machine and accurate cutting length. For both longitudinal and transverse cutters connected to production management, their operation must be monitored constantly to prevent paper blockage and defective products. After work, promptly clean accumulated dust and paper scraps from the equipment, inspect the blades and grinding wheels, drain water from the oil leveler and air tank, and check for any abnormalities in moving parts. Then, disconnect the power supply according to the instruction manual and maintain the computer operating system.
