Automatic Roll Slitter

This automatic roll slitter is a mainstream automated slitting equipment widely adopted in the roll material processing industry. It uses a set of rollers to convey materials, realizing continuous feeding, slitting and winding. It is mainly used to process flexible roll materials including films, non-woven fabrics, roll paper, adhesive tapes, aluminum foils and protective films, and is extensively applied in packaging, new materials, electronic accessories and other industries.

The automatic roll slitter adopt a thickened and reinforced frame, equipped with precision conveying rollers, cemented carbide circular blades and a constant tension control system. Jumbo raw rolls are placed on the unwinding stand. Multiple sets of pressure rollers flatten the material, effectively preventing deviation, stretching and wrinkling during processing. The automatic roll slitter is fitted with a photoelectric web guide system to correct material offset in real time and guarantee stable slitting dimensions. It can slit wide jumbo rolls into several narrow finished rolls at one time according to the preset width.

The automatic roll slitter is equipped with a PLC touchscreen control system. Operators only need to set parameters on the touch panel in advance, such as slitting width, operating speed, winding tension and meter length. Then the machine can run automatically and continuously. It integrates multiple functions including automatic shutdown upon material breakage, fault alarm, overload protection and automatic meter counting. These features reduce long-time manual monitoring and cut raw material waste caused by operational errors.

According to production demands, this model supports optional winding configurations: surface winding, center winding or dual-station winding. Materials processed by this machine achieve smooth cuts free of burrs, curled edges and broken edges, delivering neat and firm finished rolls.
