Core Working Principle
Unwinding and Tension Control：Giant base paper rolls are loaded via pneumatic or hydraulic shaft‑less feeding. Correction and Slitting：The base paper passes through a photoelectric or ultrasonic deviation‑correcting system to ensure precise material feeding position. Afterwards, the paper is longitudinally slit by circular knives, and high‑pressure fans automatically remove the waste edges on both sides simultaneously.
Winding：The slit paper is wound into tight small rolls by an air‑expanding shaft. The system features automatic meter‑counting and taper tension control to ensure neat winding ends, and it stops automatically when the preset meter length or diameter is reached.
