During operation, the heavy raw‑material roll is placed directly on the floor‑mounted roller station. After passing through alignment correction and tension adjustment, the material accurately enters the cutting blade assembly, where it is longitudinally slit into multiple uniform narrow strips in a single pass, according to preset widths. After slitting, the material goes through another alignment and tension‑stabilizing stage before being neatly rewound by a dual‑station winding mechanism. The entire process runs in a fully automatic closed‑loop mode. The finished strips have smooth edges and high precision, making the machine ideal for processing heavy, wide‑format materials.

Structurally, the base of this machine is reinforced, with the rollers mounted directly on the floor, resulting in a lower and more stable center of gravity. It is equipped with high‑precision load‑bearing bottom rollers, an automatic feeding system, precision slitting blades, an intelligent tension control system, an automatic alignment device, a dual‑station winding unit, and a PLC‑based control system. The whole unit can complete the entire processing workflow independently, without manual intervention.

All critical transmission components inside the machine have been precision‑ground and dynamically balanced. The large bottom roller serves as both the main load‑bearing element and the feeding driver, evenly distributing the weight of large raw rolls. Even after prolonged operation, the roll slitting machine shows no deformation or material deviation, and its performance remains stable over long periods.

The slitting blades are made of tungsten carbide, which is extremely sharp, wear‑resistant, and long‑lasting – so you do not need to change them frequently. The machine is equipped with an intelligent optical alignment system and a constant‑tension control system that continuously monitor the material's running status. If the material deviates or tension becomes uneven, the system automatically adjusts and corrects the error in real time, keeping the slitting error firmly within ±0.1 mm.
