A slitting machine is a mechanical device that cuts wide-width paper, mica tape, or film into multiple narrow strips. It is commonly used in papermaking machinery, wire and cable manufacturing, and printing and packaging machinery. Slitting machines are primarily used for cutting non-woven fabrics, mica tape, paper, insulating materials, and various films, and are particularly suitable for cutting narrow strips (non-woven fabrics, paper, insulating materials, mica tape, films, etc.).

Slitting machines mainly cut large rolls of master stock into products of different widths and can also be used to inspect product quality. Their main features are as follows:

1. High precision photoelectric correction during unwinding; two control modes: manual and automatic.

2. Two winding methods are available: surface winding and center winding.

3. Automatic tension control for unwinding and winding; control methods include tension feedback control and taper control.

4. Equipped with both circular blade shearing and air knife cutting tools, ensuring reliable quality and easy adjustment;

5. Utilizes surface center winding, resulting in uniform and stable winding quality;

6. Automatic stop at set length, with automatic length counting;

7. Features an edge trimming device, with edge material discharged by a fan;

8. Suitable for slitting various thin roll materials into narrow strips (insulating materials, mica tape, films, etc.).
